Who has tried Optimum Nutrition Protein?

i love optimum whey....what flava did ya get?

Strawberry. I think the thing was really turns me off of the flavor is the artificial sweetener. Wish it was just plain old sugar. YUM!

My question originally though was if people who had tried it thought it was a quality protein that didnt hurt their gains.

So do you guys mean it has benefitted your diet when you say love it or do you just mean the taste?

I ordered it last week from BB.com only because the price was so cheap, but my first taste of it yesterday left me gagging. The 10lb bag cost less than the 4 pounds worth of my old brand so if it's a decent quality protein I'll be satisfied.

My question is has anyone used it longterm and did your gains appear to suffer due to the Optimum brand?

make sure you use 3 scoops and not too much water.

I'd say it depends on what you mean by "mix well". It mixes more easily than Metrx but not as easily as EAS. I bought a shaker bottle sunday and it mixes perfectly, no clumping, with 4-5 seconds of swirling/shaking. But I didnt need the shaker at all for EAS.
