It fvcks you up big time. I did it once and I was a skechy freak for a week afterwards. When I was coming down off it, I looked at all the people around me and I realized that the whole E - scene is lame and childish. Extasy is one of the worst drugs around. It really does fvck up your mind, permanently, long term. Don't screw with it. Stick with alcohol if you want something to do.

I'd say you better try a set of ciders or drinks first before you try E, if you really wanna do it. Alcohol will give you a feeling of what is about to come when you lose your "normal" control.

I think stepping up from taking nothing to taking E is too big of a first leap.

Make your own decision, don't listen to your friends.

dballer - I totally respect you here on this forum.......and I hope you don't take this the wrong way when I say bullshit to this rediculous comment...I mean total bullshit. What other drugs did they have in their system? My husband and I have spent countless hours researching E before we tried it and this, simply put, cannot be true.

What if this thread was titled "who has tried alcohol?" and the same types of questions were posed.....we ALL WOULD HAVE (legitimate) STORIES OF PEOPLE DYING/KILLING OTHERS/GENERALLY RUINING THEIR LIVES WITH ALCOHOL.

I just don't get it.

one last comment from me......I highly recommend getting a testing kit from dancesafe's web site...that way you have a little bit of security as to what you're getting.....

I just also want to reiterate that I am an adult and I made an adult decision to experiement with X, I do it in a safe manner, at home, not mixed with alcohol/GHB (which I think is one of the most dangerous things out there today)/or other drugs.

It's not for children, it's not for weak-minded adults, it's not for people with addictive personalities, it's not for people who are looking to ecsape the pain of day to day life. [end public service announcement]

My whole point with the Pepsi thing is that we put dangerous and harmful and LEGAL chemicals into our bodies every day. Ecstasy is just another chemical that happens to make you feel reaaaaaaalllllly good

I have not been pressured to take a pill, hardly asked in fact. There are some really cool kids that I have met who do it, but I don't hang out with them all the time. I have mostly clean friends.

My friends that are on E, are really cool even if they are sober.


Anyhow.....


I want to get high for my own curiosity. Not to "fit in" or "be cool" just to know what its like. I have alot of self control, and I highly doubt I would become addicted. Not to mention its pretty expensive.

But I'm so into health and being in control of my body and mind that theres apart of me that really dosn't want to try it even once.

If you do trust me YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!

BTW, you can't get addicted to 'E'. It's not an addictive drug. You can get addicted to the feeling it provides and many do, but your body doesn't crave for it as with cocaine or heroin, etc, so don't let that worry you.

i used to think the same thing..it may not be physically addictive, but psychologically yes. I may get to the point that you CANNOT have fun without it. A buddy of mine has been doing it for like 4 years..and the longest he has gone without doing it is 2 weeks. thats horrible. He loves hard trance, and when he hears the music, just wants to do it. Jenny, i know that you say you will not become addictied..and probably wont, just like me. I always said id do it once and a while, and maybe for a year i did it (more) than once and a whiel, but now im good and leave it for special occasions...but let me tell you that its "impossible" to only do it once...just get used to the fact that once you try it, you "WILL" do it again..now how you do it and how often you limit yourself is all up to you.

Remember, the feeling is not like when your drunk, or on weed..it is TOTALLY DIFFERENT. A feeling your body has never gone through..some say it feels like your in heaven, so why on earth woud'nt you want to have that feeeling all the time. so just be careful. (and read up as much as you can on it so you don't make stupid mistakes while on it..) good luck and enjoy

p.s...im sure many can agree with me, your first pill is always the BEST..you may get stronger ones, but it will never be like your first roll...so have your frends around and enjoy cause it will probably never be as good as the first time

he proclaimed they used ex, and mentioned how one time her face went totally numb and her hearing went out, and she started freaking out and she had to go to the hospital where they sedated her to try and calm her down. to this day she now has hallucionations at random times, and he said his memory is shot but hes "fine". he also mentioned how at night he only sometimes wakes up because he twitches so hard, and dr. drew told him they were nocturnal seizures. Yeah he sounds real fine. The guy also mentioned how his friends ankled swelled up of all things and drew said that anytime your ankles swell is a sign of heart failure.

ANd what was in the "ecstasy" pill? What chemicals? No way just mdma. No way they get those symptoms from one time using mdma.

It is true.. VERY true.
How about you and your husband come to Atlanta and I will take you over to my friend Tracey's mothers house. she is dead.. but you can meet her mom.

Or how about over to my friend David's house.. we can talk to his parents.. he will not be there tho.. he is going to be spending the rest of his life in a state hospital.. if there were other drugs involved I would not mention these two people because it would discredit my statments.

You and your husband can go visit my friend Allston who is serving 25 years for having 20 X tabs in his pocket at a rave.

Just because you spent a few hours looking at websites with your husband does not give you the credentials to call bullshit on real life events. By calling bullshit on me you are calling me a liar. What did they actually die of? No one dies of ecstasy(mdma) unless the levels ingested is a toxic one, in which case the black market is to blame, not the drug.
