i dont know if it is the craziest. but these were taken back in 2000. the first time i tried dieting down. the forst is taken in may, the second in July. i was clean back then to. i was 240 at the first, and around 210 at the second.

I'm sorry Muscle but is right, if you were here in the states you would get ranked on, because of your hair.
But the fact the you live in Norway, I guess we should have tolerance for your hair, cuz maybe that's the stlye where you live.
Although, I don't understand how you can like your hair that way, but that's another thread.

I posted my b-4 pic a while back.

Weighed about 70 pounds less then.
 
Once I get to the point of taking some pics that would qualify as "after", I think there'll be a pretty big difference.

The 1 year mark's coming up in July.

I'll try to scan a photo of me 1 year ago after recovering from a serious injury at 165 lbs (I had lost about 20 lbs)..........a year later I'm at 210, not that bad I think.
