I would say women in general because they only have to look relatively toned and hard to have a nice physique, a man must have superior development in all areas which is fairly difficult.

Yeah, but women are under a lot more pressure than men to look good. Most guys I know don't give two shits about how they look (not a good thing I suppose), but every female friend I have hates her ass, tits, face, whatever. Society judges women first on thier appearance...and that's a tough situation to be in.

But yeah, you're right about the working out part. Hell, most chicks don't even have to lift weights to look hot. As long as they're not fat and have a pretty face, it's all good. Guys on the other hand have to put in a lot more effort. Lift weights, diet hard, etc. And we can't wear makeup either. Although I suppose that's a good thing. Too much rouge and I look like a whore.

Here's another problem. I use to be one of those girls that would complain about my looks alot.......

Now because I love my body, and I feel like I'm an attractive girl, I get called "vain" (not alot) which is NOT the case, I just have some self-esteem now. I'm not the hottest bitch on the planet, but I don't need to be to like myself.

I love it when I'm around a bunch of girls, and they start complaining about their hair, butt, tits, whatever, and I just say "oh really? Well I like my ass, tits, hair, ect". They just expect every girl to complain, so when I don't, they are surprised.

So to "fit in" with other females, you have to hate your body. Its very lame.

Guys and Gals have to change there eating habits and work out.

I do believe that once you have acheive The Look you want, especially
