Who has been to Hong Kong

I have. And I maxed the shit out of it. Whatcha want to know?

Edit: Here are some more specific questions that will help me help you.

1. Where are you staying (which island, what part of said island)?

2. What is your free time schedule like?

3. What do you want to know about - food, hikes, touristy shit? Must Do stuf? Travel tips specific to HK?

Seriously. I am here to answer all your questions. I knocked HK out of the park last year.

1) Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong
2) Free time Saturday and Sunday
3) Food and must do stuff - I hear Macau is pretty nuts.

You've got a first class hotel.
Horse racing is on the Sunday in sha tin.
A trip to the peak is always a must as is jumping on the tram and sitting upstairs for an hr or so.
Wanchai is fun, queen Vic or old china hand on Lockhart rd.sunday around 4 is good time.your near LAN Kwai fong, the bars are more pretentious .
Fook lam moon for dim sum, your hotel has some good food and the captains bar is popular.
Macau is 1 hr away.watch the mainland Chinese gamble obscene amounts of money.fernandos is a very popular institution for lunch.
Unfortunately the Macau Grand Prix is that weekend and ferry tickets will be hard to find.
Happy to answer any more specific questions.
