Who has a Masters degree? Questions for those that do

I'm probably going to apply to start a Masters program in the fall considering I can graduate at the end of next summer. It's worth it to me to do what I want to do and salary wise.

I know graduate programs are more intense than undergrad, but how much more intense?

I'll either go for a Masters in Counseling, Social Work (VERY adaptable), or Addiction.
