Who else tans during winter?

It's part of my membership. Heck yeah, I take advantage! :)

I prolly look about 50-60% better w/ a tan that not, I'd say.

I've been doing that spray tan stuff. I don't know if you guys have that in your area, but it's a booth that you step into and it spray you for 30 seconds with skin dye. You're not supposed to shower for 4 hours after that and the colors shows up in a few hours and looks great and real even. Cost about $30 and lasts about 1-2 weeks. I'm burned out of going to the tanning beds 3 times a week.

I tan year round as well, I think it brings out muscle separation better, and just makes one look generally better. Of course 20 years from now I might not think the same way...

Dude... moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! LOL!

Do yourself a favor and get the biggest bottle of generic moisturizer lotion you can w/ Aloe in it at WalMart and use it religiously. YOur skin will thank ya in 20 years.

I only do it once a week. I'm not trying to change my ethnicity, but just have a healthy color. :)

yes.... do that.. it helps bring out the melanin in your skin, since your going tanning anyways.

i go to keep my skin clear, but for those that want color, additional tyrosine is the key (tyrosine kinase.. or whatever the enzyme is called would be good too :)) ... both internally and externally.. a nice home-made moisurizing cream carrier with 27% tyrosine can really give you that color immediately with minimizing the amount of times you go tanning.

I do. I gotta look good. That spray tan is great to use for a contest with some dream tan just before the show. - cbeaks

I spray tan, but when I start getting a little acne, I go to the tanning bed and tan without any tanning lotion, it dries out my skin right away and gets rid of all the acne.

I tan 2 times per week for 15 minutes per session. I hate being pale. Dark skin makes the physique stand out alot more and tanning clears up your acne. Taking 3 grams of tyrosine 1 hour prior to tanning will accelerate your tan.

In sales, a good tan is a sign of health and happiness. Provides a more inviting apperance to the client.
Also nice to keep those zits away, and attracts mo' pus__.
