yeah hammer i belive me and you will be duking it out. your 250 right. but i already have my entry form in, so that means i'll be going after you and the first event, put up a big number, if you dont want me to stay in that position!!!!

I was hovering around 250 but I am down around 235-240. I can go either weay and I havent decided yet. 250 or 225. lololololol

But it doesnt matter how much i weigh. I will be strong. and another thing, you may be able to talk shit about this bc you have a little more experience.

Just make sure Clint doesnt have a basketball hoop out there or someones getting dunked on lolol

dont diet down. you still have to lift the same weights if your 225lbs or 250lbs. so might as well eat eat at the buffets you love so much.

hey my experience is more than yours, but not by much. if you keep training with t3c, you'll probably have more experience than me come contest day. im just trying to stir up some friendly competition. besides........ im pretty confident on my pressing ablility, (i may get crushed though, you never know)

but please no basket ball........ lol........ i was a wrestler in high school. we could go for 3 periods if you wanna get personal. im only 5"10....... and 250lbs..... i think i have a 4 inch vertical!!!! lol

After much deliberating with the bf and with Julie. We can't go. Now, I would love to. Really. That's why with a very heavy heart, I'm letting you all know. NOT that I think my presence would be of utmost importance. But I didn't want to be rude. :) Money is the issue. I do plan on going to Nationals, and that ain't gonna be a cheap one, either.

The main reason I wanted to go was to let my bf get a taste of competing. I know he'd really enjoy himself. Just would be cool to be able to watch and cheer for him once. Not that I wouldn't have competed.....:D

B: if you do indeed plan on running this contest again next year. LET ME KNOW. I would VERY MUCH rather do this one than Boise. If I had known before Boise that you were going to do this; my man, we would have skipped Boise and flew to Kentucky. Dammit.

you are right dude!!! for some reason I thought I had to be be under 225 or over than 250. Thats my mind working. lololol


moving on.......I am very excited that I can continue to be an absolute slob and competing against others. Sure is gonna' be fun. Exodus even though I really wanna' make it a competition against you it will be against myself. This is a major challenge for me. Major! I will be hitting those buffets! Any good ones in Kentucky?

ofcourse you always to compete against your self......... always......... but it wouldnt be a competition unless someone went before or after you to try and beat it. if there was not one else it would just be training. i have to lose a little for this show....... i have been 250 on the dot for the last week. i have started sprinting to help improve me condidtioning, so that will help me drop some weight.

i know, i may be the only guy in my class, ill just have to try and beat the times of the guys in the 200lbs class.....well...maybe cept for linder;)

anyways........ i went to www.musiccitystrongman.com and looked up what the guys did in the open 250 division. thats my motivation for short term goals. just so happens the guy in that class won the heavy weight overall.
