Okay, I am not talking about strictly AS. But, I honestly can't remember the last time I was completely off EVERYTHING for an entire month. This includes any drug including:
* sleep-aids(ie Ambien)
* fat loss (T3,clen,ECA,NYC)
* ancillaries (Arimidex,Clomid,Nolvadex)
* recovery herbs(Tribulus, Avena, Maca)
* sports supplements (creatine,glutamine,ALA,NAC,EFA's).
Does anyone really ever go back to being "completely natural"?? -- just eating real foods and maybe a cup of coffee before a workout. No protein shakes, vitamins, ALA, etc either.
I suppose psychologically I will lose my "edge" if I am not taking in something the common person is not.
I was thinking about it today as I was cleaning my place and noticing all the shit I have now and everything I had taken (as I was tossing away empty bottles). For a moment I felt real guilty about it, but it is really the only addiction I have. It hasn't taken over my life, but it IS definitely a major part of it.
