Well I don't think its in decline, but i do get damn mad when I see all the farmland in my area going to housing tracts. I spent most of my younger life in the woods and I'd rather look at a tree than a split-level.

Social Security is a mess because the government runs it, the private sector knows how to make a profit so let them at it.
