Ryan,
I don't think your questions really are a fair measure of anything.
Abortion: should be legal. However, the government should make an effort to make women aware of other options. If you take the Supreme Court at its word that a fetus is "potentially a life", then that life could be the next Albert Einstein or FDR. So it is in our interests to present other choices to women. Let her choose, but give her choices.
Gays: Can be together all they want. Gay marriage? Sure. I couldn;t care less. Benefits for same sex life partners. OK. But make it just as paperwork intensive as it is for hetero couples to get benfits: marriage certificates etc. Treat them as married. In the event of divorce, go through the courts, etc.
Drugs: legalize ASAP.
Environment: Measures should be taken to preserve. Known damaging substances should be banned. However, man has been recording weather and atmosphere conditions for the last 200 years or so. Our frame of reference is insufficient.
10,000 years ago it was really cold. 4 billion years ago it was really really hot. We must use the knwodege we HAVE, and not speculate on this.
Morality: This is for parents to teach their children, not for the government to dictate. People love to blame things on moral decline. It is a nice way to not accept any blame yourself.
Social Security: Needs to be re-thought. While it is a nice idea, it really needs a hard-core analysis. If I continue to pay the amount I pay, and retire at 65, I would have to live several hundred years to "get my share".
I do not think the government can do better with my money than I can. How about making it optional?
