WHo actually diets and trains regularly...???

Just curious to get my mind straight....I know of some...but how many of you actually go to the gym ? I mean like a few times a week consistantly and care about your diet and stuff like that...or who comes here and just shoots the shit.....
We were looking at the pics in the sticky and this got brought to my attention.....I always assumed most were pretty strict with eating and training.....It doesnt matter either way to me, just seeing since it was brought up to me and now Im curious.......... :p
 
well... my quads/glutes/hams and tri's hurt like a mofo today due to the training last night

weights four days a week. usually strict with diet (except this week i've been on vacation)


i go as far as deducting alcohol calories from my daily caloric intake.
 
weight 4-5 times weekly cardio 2-3 times, diet is alright im not to worried about it most of the time,but i dont pig out if I can help it.

Weights 3x a day; Cardio 2x a day (doesn't include the 5-10 min I do with my fat dog every morning).

Diet slipped over the holidays and the 1st 2 weeks of Jan. Back on track now (wt is still decent - I :heart: AF). I can't eat anymore chicken or meat. I only want tuna salad, shrimp and raw salmon and tuna.

I raw tuna dipped in miso sauce with a side of seaweed salad last night. A sushi roll for meal 2 and 3; will have more protein and salad tonight.

For some strange reason, that's what I'm craving. I just had a grocery delivery and my freezer is full of chicken breasts and ground turkey. Its so blah.

Ground beef and 1 millions versions of hot sauce. I'm good for two years.

Yeah, i can't even stomach chicken some days. If you like raw tuna, next time you go to your sushi place, ask the chef to make you a spicy tuna hand roll. They are awesome. Hands down my favorite.
 
i traIN relgiously for the most part, but my diet is pretty bad..ice cream is my god but so far i got really good genetics etc

I was introduced to EF & Freaksonline.com 2 years before I joined. Didn't even bother with them, because I wasn't heavily involved with lifting (I was training for long distance running). I didn't care to log on at all (I did view freaks at few times). Then I got my BF tested and finally took someone's advice.

You know, I thought the same thing when I first joined. Then, I started posting in C&C. Were you posting this summer when people were demanding a baby/parent forum?

I posted on the anabolics board for years before I came over here. I am much more well known and respected over there. Here I am just a big dumb animal to most ;) . I wasn't posting on here this summer, I missed the baby/parent forum action. I have only been on here for a few months at most. It's a nice change of pace though.

I was there for a year and a half before I knew that C and C even existed!
 
well in october is was about 300 lbs and i just weighed myself yesterday at 268 lbs. i cant believe how dedicated i have been to both training and dieting. one or the other usually fall by the wayside.

lift 5x / week
cardio 20min every morning 6x / week (before first meal)
eat 6-7 times/day - as clean a possible (one cheat day/week)

been doing the above for almost 8 months now after being cleared by my doc to lift again. I was literally in the worst shape of my life after a serious accident 4-5 years ago - I was a MESS

I was about 385 @6ft 6
Now I'm 300 - lifting regulary - and looking (within the next few months - or sooner) to start packing on the muscle like I used to.

My goal - 300 - 10-12% BF

Good luck to everyone who aspire to reach their goals no matter how small they may seem at the moment.

I do the following without fail:
-Cardio: every workout day.
-Exercise: 6 wo's every 9 days
-Diet: Loose, but not to excess. I've added oatmeal.
-HRT: Test ed; HGH MWF
Holding at 6' and 205.
Blood test done 1/10/06. Results will drive changes to above.

A quick glance above says that many here are faithful.
 
Havent been doing shit....broken dislocated hand and a broken treadmill.

Cant wait to get this cast off in two weeks.

Lifting depends right now 4-5 times a week sometimes I will do a split with 2 lifting sessions per day 5 days a week.

Tuesday - 30 minute run
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - 45 minute bike, 30 minute run
Friday - zilch
Saturday - 2 1/2 hour bike ride
Sunday - 45-60 minute bike, 30 minute run

(snacking on an Almond Joy & Coca Cola Zero right now, bitches)

I was there for about 3 or 4 years, first I was on the diet board, then the anabolics board, now I'm rocking the C&C board :evil: ! There aren't very many people on here who go back and forth.
 
Now that I'm a mod, I need to keep working out even if I don't feel like it. GS makes us do it.

I haven't been over there in quite a while. Everything was regulated pretty well by the experienced bro's before I left. I may not be the only one who left. Newbies with needles can be a dangerous situation.
 
Yes I train almost daily but not in the way a lot of the guys here will. Lifting weights is incredibly mind numbingly boring so if there's any alternative to going to the gym and having to mingle with all those freaky people I'll take it. I suppose it depends on what you want out of it, the reasons behind what motivates you. For myself it's not about tanned cosmetic muscle mass, it's about flexibility, stamina and ligament/tendon strength.

If the objective is more nookie with chaos queens (who all tend towards a muscle fetish), tanned cosmetic muscles work alot better. ;)

This is very true bud and a worthy cause for any hot blooded male. I hope those hours you spend heaving iron pay off in pussy pound for pound.

I'm married and out of the game so to speak, my motivation is to have enough confidence in my ability to take my sport to the next level but even if I was single, I still couldn't do it day in day out in sole pursuit of the hairy hole. It's too easy to be fat ugly and lazy and still bang gorgeous women. Maybe not in the States though.
