white spots on my teeth help!!

i got these white spots on my off white teeth, they are real white. i talked to my dentist and he said some jibber about how they are part of the way my teeth are formed. they are not the same color as the rest of my teeth, and they are noticible because they are whiter, they are at the bottom of my front two teeth.

will those whitening strips work? what about bleaching for this?

I use to have that, I started brushing with a ton of whitening toothpaste, now the rest of my teeth are the same color as the white spots so it's not that noticable.
