It depends on the color of your teeth. I decided to do it while I was in Singapore, because it was cheaper, and saw no difference because the process can only make your teeth so white. So I wasted money, because I did not need to bleach my teeth, they were good enough the way they were (should have used the money on botox). Now, if your teeth are considerably looking dark, you will see a dramatic difference. I don't know the difference of results in relation to the trays and gels and the ones you buy at the drugstore, but I heard that the over the counter ones are good temporary tricks.
