While on the juice, how many days...

While on the juice, how many days do you experienced guys work out a week for the best gains? Everyday? Every other day or what?

I normally workout 5-6 days a week. This week has been only twice, but that's because of a paper I'm working on. I plan to go tomorrow and then Saturday aswell. I will get back into proper schedule next week.
 
6 days a week, on or off, as long as my schedule allows it. When I don't have as much time, like now, I drop to 5 days, but I really prefer 6 days to hit everything and still have time for it all to recover. I just do one less set per exercise when I'm off, I keep my workouts the same otherwise.
 
4 days per week.....usually Mon, Wed, Fri, and one day during the weekend. This schedule is while both on and off.
 
6 days on the juice

6 days off the juice , but I think I will lower it to 5 , I might be overtraining ...
