Option 3 - Workout at 110% intensity 4-5 sets per body part and workout 4-5 times a week.

I do 12 sets per bodypart. 3 diff exercises for 4 sets each. Any more than that and your probably overtraining, the only exception being back and legs.

I train the same whether I'm on or off. Hard and intense and hit each bodypart once per week. I use the same routine and the same number of sets for most bodyparts, legs being the exception. I'll usually do one more exercise when on.

Yep...12-16 sets per body part once a week.

I just cannot agree. The biggest bodybuilders/powerlifters I know do 30 sets per body part once a week. 30 chest, 30 back, 24 shoulder, 21 bi/tri, 30 legs(quad/ham/calf)...

:qt: Right on.

Everybody responds to training diffeently, so, you can't really have a straight answer. You'll hear what works for each individual person. Me personally, I train the same whether on or off.

slyder got it right about people responding different, but if i was training you, id make you go to failure every set, usually round 10-15per bodypart depending on which one...oh and once you hit failure, id drop the weight and tell your ass to keep going, and you would do all this at least 4/5times a week!!!! not 2/3!!!! your body can recover alot faster and absorb alot more nutrients now that your on AAS take advantage of it, lift like your on steroids cus you are!!!! when i say that i mean be crazy, BUT dont go crazy, you can and will get hurt if your stupid and lift something you know you cant! so just dont be stupid but always be intense during workouts... and mostly do what works for you...

Workout 5-6 days per week with 8-12 working sets per bodypart.

I'm constantly switching

Right now its head to head with the Iron 100% as many sets as that bodypart can stand.
