I would like to get some view from people here in regards to time off from the gym while on a cycle – My routine for the past two years has been – Monday – Saturday (workout) Sunday (OFF w/ 1 hour of stretching). I will do this for 4 weeks then take one week off doing nothing but stretching and cardio for an hour a day. Then start the routine over changing up which body parts I work though out the week. I feel like this has provided me w/ maximum recovery time for my whole body on my weeks off.
