for bodybuilding puposes, which one would be better
to sleep at nite from 10:30- 6 which is 7.5 hours of sleep but all in 1 shot
or to sleep in the after noon for an hour, then go to bed at about 11:00-11:30 and wake up at 6....
so basically should i nap and go to sleep later ot just go to sleep a little earlier...BTW i get tired sometime during the say time like 4-5 oclock because i worked out like 2-3 hours ago..
