Go with OILS. Better absorbancy. As you would need to take ALOT more caps to equal the same as the oils. I use Omega 3 fish oil, because as americans our diets are high in omega'6s. And dont need Omega 9's because when u have omega3 & Omega 6 our bodies produces the omega 9s. Donsnt mean its gonna hurt, but if u wanted to cheapo, all u NEED is the omega 3 oils
