which thermogenics best?

they are all pretty much the same just finnf the one you like best. or you can build your own thermo, ephedra hcl, vivarin and asprin
 
there are plenty of posts here of people saying with fat burner the think is the best and plenty of options, personally i reccoment just using ephedrine and caffeine 25 mg. and 200 mg caffeine 2-3 times a day. diet is the most important though i dont think a fat burner will matter if you dont have the correct diet.
 
I actually don't favor thermos due to the unpleasoant sides

the majority of the studies, university, double blind, placebo controlled have been done using ephedrine, caffine, and sometimes asprin, the common dose is 20mg E 200mg C and 100mg A, taken 3 times a day, but there are studies that use up to 375mg of E a day! My point being, since the studies have used pure ephedrine and pure caffine, why not just take this? as oppossed to taking the herbal analog.....
this being said, i like 2 weeks of eca, and 2 weeks of clen
 
I find the best results with ripped fuel. It can make you feel real shitty at times though. One hell of a kick through a work out though.
 
I prefer to just make my own stack with 20mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine (I stopped adding asprin because I've found it doesn't seem to make any difference). The up side is that it's cheaper, you pretty much know exactly what it is that you're consuming, and most importantly to me: you don't have to worry about ever having some disgusting tasting herbal gel cap breaking open after you swallow it and coughing up a nasty herbal powder taste.
