If you want extra jolt in your gains, No-Xplode is great, it also has 2.5g or 3g of CEE in it. With No-Xplode I've went up an additional rep on my benches, but I am also taking Pure CEE after the work out to make sure I get enough into my system, I might be over saturating. I used to weigh 255, am down to around 213 as of now, was a size 42 in pants and I am now a size 36.
I was taking Red Line, Pure Ephedra, T-Rex and other things, not all at once. Those were my energy burning supps. People talk about something called an ECY stack, Eph-Caff-Yomi, but not sure what it is or how you make it. I'm sure someone will follow up with a how-to and make me look like an idget.
The weigh I lost my weight is once in awhile I play 2 hours of full court ball after work, that is my only cardio due to lack of time and no gyms open at 3am. But before work, I lift, hard and heavy. I do 90, and some days 95% of my max on everything and once a week I max. I'm sure I'm pushing myself too hard which is why I will have a week off here soon. But I am still burning fat while gai ning muscle mass and gains. I eat roughly 230g of protein a day, enough to just barley get gains I think. My Mac Nutruients are 50% prot, 30 or 35% carbs, and the rest is fat and only a very SMALL amount of that is Saturated. I eat the same stuff everyday (Yuck) but when losing weight, eating is no longer a luxury, it is for substance. Getting over that mental barrier was hard. I almost want to puke because I force feed myself when my body isn't hungry to keep it going, but I only eat around 2000-2100 calories a day. I'm going to be tweaking my diet here shortly once I get my bonus from work, not much, but it will give me enough so for the next 4 months after that I will be eating a lot more protein with Powder + High Protein Bars. I won't be gaining fat because that just so happens to be when my time frees up for daily cardio. So, it's a win-win.
