I feel like by justifying such a vague question as this, I'm doing something wrong.... but I'll bite.

What are you goals? What are you stats?

well im 6'2" 250
been working out coming on a year now
really starting to slow down on progress in my lifts

looking for an extra jolt in my gains
and need some help burning about 30 more lbs
im starting to get pretty strong, getting harder, but at the same time i have this stubbern fat that just wont go away

im sorry for being so vague
just honestly dont know where to start on supplements
for every purpose there are 100,000 products
but prolly 10 that actualy work

what do you think i should do to help the ole body out in my quest

im shooting to weight 250 by end of year but i want to dramaticly drop in bf

i have been focusing alot more on my diet in the past months and i see changes
just happening sooooooo slow

well if you made it this far into my babbling thanks for reading
and thanks for any help and or support offered

I've been seeing good results from Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) myself, and you should grab yourself a good protein powder for early mornings and post-workout.

Start small. Work with one product at a time so you can work out what works for you.

Yohimburn ES for the stubborn fat areas..Thermorexin for an overall fat shedding, some SesaPure and PureCEE -- those would probably do you some good.

start with a sesapure and glucorell stack, see how it works for you. your diet is the # 1 variable in the equation. you can take all the supps under the sun, if your diet isn't ontime, you'll fail. try this site www.fitday.com. track everything you eat or drink that has cals. then and only then, will you see what and from where you are eating and getting your macros from. i am by no means an expert, but i am speaking from experience. once i started using fitday, things began to change in my body. now, I'm a f*cking freak, i have to have everything in fitday and plan my meals accordingly. hope this helps and good luck with the weight loss. your on the right track just being here and reading.

ive been cutting down on portion size of meals as of late and stopped lifting
some of this fat is so stubburn that i would rather loose a year of gains than still have it there and be stronger
it seems as though i just never had the energy after my workouts to do enough cardio to keep my metabolism high
now ive been playing basketball about 3 hours a day
and im melting
lol

i havent realy noticed much muscle loss in size
but my strength has really been impacted
im going to look into alot of what was suggested by you guys
thanks

i wanna drop this bodyfat
then start lifting heavy again
im shooting for 250 lbs region by year end im there now but i want it without the bodyfat

then start the ball rolling, i would like to end up around 275 - 300 with around 15% bf or less

that sounds pretty safe to me and like a reasonable goal for the next couple of years
what do you guys thank

btw thanks for your help so far

If you want extra jolt in your gains, No-Xplode is great, it also has 2.5g or 3g of CEE in it. With No-Xplode I've went up an additional rep on my benches, but I am also taking Pure CEE after the work out to make sure I get enough into my system, I might be over saturating. I used to weigh 255, am down to around 213 as of now, was a size 42 in pants and I am now a size 36.

I was taking Red Line, Pure Ephedra, T-Rex and other things, not all at once. Those were my energy burning supps. People talk about something called an ECY stack, Eph-Caff-Yomi, but not sure what it is or how you make it. I'm sure someone will follow up with a how-to and make me look like an idget.

The weigh I lost my weight is once in awhile I play 2 hours of full court ball after work, that is my only cardio due to lack of time and no gyms open at 3am. But before work, I lift, hard and heavy. I do 90, and some days 95% of my max on everything and once a week I max. I'm sure I'm pushing myself too hard which is why I will have a week off here soon. But I am still burning fat while gai ning muscle mass and gains. I eat roughly 230g of protein a day, enough to just barley get gains I think. My Mac Nutruients are 50% prot, 30 or 35% carbs, and the rest is fat and only a very SMALL amount of that is Saturated. I eat the same stuff everyday (Yuck) but when losing weight, eating is no longer a luxury, it is for substance. Getting over that mental barrier was hard. I almost want to puke because I force feed myself when my body isn't hungry to keep it going, but I only eat around 2000-2100 calories a day. I'm going to be tweaking my diet here shortly once I get my bonus from work, not much, but it will give me enough so for the next 4 months after that I will be eating a lot more protein with Powder + High Protein Bars. I won't be gaining fat because that just so happens to be when my time frees up for daily cardio. So, it's a win-win.
