Im just under 90kg and around 15% and 5 foot 1, been training seriously for 1 1/2 years and gained about 15kg so far.
I was gonna do 5x5 but just found DFST and it looks like a routine id enjoy doing. What do you think would be the best one to do? Go straight into DFST, or doing 5x5 followed by DFST?
