Which protien powder is best for me?

Im looking on protienfactory.com at all the protien powders. Currently im cutting and want a protien powder that will help me keep as much lean body mass as possable. I looked at "whey light" it sounds perfect for me but at 40 dolors for 18 servings its out of my buget. I want somthing that will make a good shake that I can drink before/after my workout and cardio that will help me keep my lean muscle mass.

When I do order the powder I am planning on getting it with:
Glutamine Peptides
Aminogen
Vitamins & Minerals

And am also concidering getting it with Carbogen and Peak ATP. Both of those claim to give you energy, If I dont use that energy what will happen with it. Will it turn into fat?

Also do any of the things i listed above includingthe powder itself have any side-effects? I do have high-blood pressure will it make any of that stuf unsafe for me to consume?

I know I'm a newbe but thanks for any help,

Thanks that did help some. But im still wondering wich protien powder to get, teres so many different types. I will be using it in the morning or afternoon after a workout. Would the Soy Protein Isolate be good it seas it help gain mass and lose fat and its very cheap. Does it have any side effect or drawbacks.
