Hey all,
Well, I'm looking for a night time formula, and I found this one already designed by protien factory Here's the link.

night formula

I'm cool with the price, but I don't have a clue about what all of those options are and what would be best. Any help will receive some quality K.

Product Description:
25% Aussie Caseinate
25% Soy Isolate
25% CFM Whey Isolate
25% Milk Isolate
  • Flavour: Might as well pick a good one.
  • Sweetener: Although it might taste a bit bland, I would go with an unsweetened mix.
  • Aminogen: Is a trade name for an enzyme which helps with protein absorption. Since your selected protein is a slow absorption source, this added option should not be required.
  • Carbogen: Helps breakdown carbs and control carb metabolism. Again, with the protein source you have selected, this isn't necessary.
  • Glutamine Peptides: These are likely going to be L-alanyl-L-glutamine (Ala-Gln) or glycyl-L-glutamine (Gly-Gln). They are the more stable forms as a large portion of the basic L-glutamine usually does not make it through the digestion process. This is still an area open to debate but it is believed that glutamine will help the body recover from a catabolic state.
  • Peak ATP: You have probably heard of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) when someone talks about creatine. Your body transforms ATP to ADP (Adenosine diphosphate) when you perform an action and you need a quick response supply of energy. But you only have a certain amount of ATP and so you are only able to exert yourself at optimum levels over short periods of time. PEAK ATP is a tradename of a product which delivers ATP directly to your body rather than using creatine to convert ADP back to ATP. Unless you plan on doing some heavy workouts in bed (you randy bugger, lol), this addition to your protein selection is not necessary.
  • Vitamins & Minerals: Self explanatory but always good to have if you're not getting them through a balanced diet.

It is definitely a slow absorption protein source.
Excellent site, btw.
Perfect for guys who take their nutrition seriously.
