^^this. Hey Carth..I know I'm not a bro but I had a crazy reaction to yohimbe and did a lot of research on it. The way I understand it is that Yohimbe is really the name of the plant/ bark that they extract the chemical yohimbine from but it seems like they are essentially used interchangeably and have the same effect on sex drive/ fat burning. They also make synthetic yohimbine that a doc could prescribe so maybe the yohimbe is assumed natural? I'm not sure.

Also wondering how much is needed for sex. I once used this (don't recall if it was yohimbine or yohimbe...whatever). But I do recall saying to myself..."damn! this stuff is making me horny". Again, don't recall how much I used. It was a few years ago.

yohimbe is a strong extract i used it a few times felt like i was on drugs lol pupils dialated flushed skin etc.. great for fat burning unsure on sexual benefit however i would choose something else for those purposes somethng like Radar recommended

^^That is exactly what happened to me. I've never done meth but had what I'd imagine was a similar reaction. Literally stopped sleeping and looked and felt really strung out. It was the strongest reaction I've ever had to any type of supplement and yet some feel great on it! Just one of those things I have a sensitivity to.
