Deca would be a better mass building steroid then EQ. I have had great results with my last bulking cycle which included 300mg a week of Deca. I believe that EQ would be better for lean hard muscle gains. But to get the results of EQ I have read many posts that suggest you have to do at least 500-600 mg a week of EQ to see good resuilts.
