Which is a better cycle???

I want to strat my next cycle next month it will be my 4th i want to gain between 15-20 lbs and look lean and jacked stats 5'9 180lb lean this will be based on a 4000cal and 350g/protien per day diet which cycle would be better for my goals and why??????
cycle 1
weeks 1-14 ethanate 500mg/week
weeks 1-14 eq 400mg/week
weeks 1-10 deca 300mg/week
cycle 2
weeks 1-14 ethanate 500mg/week
weeks 1-14 eq 400mg/week
weeks 5-10 fina 75mg e/o/d/ thks Luke

I have always been a big fan of Deca!
You might want to think about bumping up your weekly dose to 600mg
