Very interesting. The reason I dumped the CC/PA thing in the first place was because I thought the fructose would be a bigger problem than the high GI rating of the Cheerios.

All is pretty well in gymtimeland. Workouts going well, but the diet has slipped somewhat of late. Nothing too damaging, but a refocus is definitely in order.
