They ALL have some effect. But usually only when you're on.

Trenbolone would be the worst injectable for cholesterol
you can try primo....it would be a good choice.......

I would avoid tren!!
Be careful when just thinking of more "mild" steroids. Var is notorious to be harsh on cholesterol.
