Which HGH method??

Gonna run 6iu's 6days on 1day off. Which way would you guys run it?

2iu's upon wakening
2iu's post workout
2iu's a few hours before bed(so natual production still kicks in)

OR
3iu's upon wakening
3iu's post workout

Is one way better than other? Does it even matter? THanks

How long will the duration be??? Also i would run the first one just cause its my preference.

Your body produces from .5 to 1.5 iu of gh ed. Most of it is excreted between the 2nd and 5th hours of sleep.

I have heard that if you take it close to bed time, you could mess with your natural production (kind of like juice messes with your natural test).

The best way is after waking, and then post workout (if you workout in the morning, wait till after you workout to take it).

So you have a natural boost at night, a synthetic boost in the morning, and another in the afternoon. (3 evenly spaced doses)
