used deca and got deca dick really bad. i know anavar shouldn't. any other suggestions
which gear wont shut down your natural test levels?

Orals generally wont have a large impact if used in low does only one time a day. Getting HPTA suppression is all part of AAS use and if you want a decent cycle its something your going to have to deal with. Most people dont use deca alone because of deca dick and its almost always combined with some test.
Every kind of gear is going to cause your body to start downregulating its own natural test production, it just becomes a question of how fast and how hard.

The terminator is right, but Deca is a killer, it is probably one of the worst!

Zyg is correct...orals taken only in the am will not shut one down much if at all as long as the dose isn't too high. You would have to get blood work done to be sure but 10-20 of d-bol in the am would provide some anabolic responce yet have little affect on HPTA. It seems that around the clock high androgen levels are needed to fully shut one down and since orals have short half lifes they don't cause high androgen levels for 24 hours.
Primo in VERY low dose is resported to be pretty mild on HPTA although again you would have to check your test levels after a month or so. But low dose primo won't do much more than your natural testosterone.
But really ...... in norder to see good gains from steroids you have to shut down HPTA. I wouldn't worry about that too much as HPTA recovery is good in almost almost everyone unless you are on for months. The things one needs to worry about are a shitty lipid profile for months on end and liver stress.
One thing is for sure low dose androgen use in which androgen levels are higher than normal for 24 hours for days on end will certainly shut down test production.
Nandrolone seems to shut one down at the level of the testes more than any other roid. That is the testes don't seem to be able to respond to LH that quickly. This can be overcome by the prudent use of hcg before the cycle ends in order to wake up the testes and increase their size to normal.
Some people are not heavily affected by nandrolone however.

all aas will effect natural testosterone production...not saying they all shut you down to 0 but they all will effect testosterone production one way or another
