Which foam roller should I buy?

I need a form roller for personal use; I've decided to start taking stretching very seriously.

I need advice from those who've used them with succes. Debaser, supreme, anybody feel free to chime in.

Sorry to impede on the thread, but what's a foam roller? I just saw something about taking stretching more seriously, and I love my flexability!

It's for working out knots, aka "trigger points" aka "self-myofascial release"

foam is foam. there are different densities, but i havent come across "choices" when buying foam rolls. just type in "rehab and foam roll" in a search engine and you will get choices that are cheaper than performbetter.com. get a 6in round, 36in length roll and you'll be set. should run betweeen $8-16.
