Four day work week, definitely ... and for the green bastards, just imagine the overall energy savings if every organization would adopt that.

Frankly I think stress levels, health issues and accidents related to sleep deprivation would drop 100% if four ten hour days/three day weekends were the norm (with the occasional four day weekend thrown in for holidays).
