Which cycle

I am 6'0 190 16 inch arms and I'm going to be starting my first cycle soon. I keep hearing different opions on what would be a better first cycle?
Dbol- 30mg ed - 5 weeks
Sustanon250 - 250mg ew - 10 weeks
Or
Dbol- 30mg ed - 5 weeks
Deca- 300mg ew - 8 weeks
Both clomid and Nolvadex after cycle
Anyone with prevouse similarties, which have helped you guys more?

wks 1-10 400 deca, 500 sus
wks 10-13 chlomid
nolvadex everyday whole cycle

not sure what your goals are, but this is a combo of the cycles you posted

I say do 500mg sust/wk for 10 wks + the dbol 30mg ed 5wks
that's about what my first cycle was and I was please overall. I would definitely invest in some liquidex or arimidex though if you don't want to deal with the bloat. I didn't think it was going to bother me, but I looked all pudgy and shit.
