winny 75mg/day

2. EQ 800mg/wk
prop 100mg/eod
winny 75/mg/day

Neither, I would do:

600mg EQ
100mg prop EOD
50mg winny

I think if you feel the need to go over 600mg EQ you're better off adding another compound.

I would to for the second one as well more esters and variations have worked well for me

One of my best cycles: 600 mgs Prop, 400 mgs EQ, 50 mgs Winny per day. That's what I'd do.
