Which cycle is right for me?

I posted a few days ago about being 22, 6'4, 240-245 pounds, body fat around 21% (40 pounds mostly in my butt and stomach, although my chest still sticks out further due to chest muscles I have there) and considering starting a cycle. Yes, I am also healthy.

I found a source that I'm checking up on now and so far everything seems good. They offer starter cycles for newbies, cutting cycles, and bulking cycles. Should I go with the most advanced starter cycle or most advanced cutting cycle to help lower my body fat? Bulking cycle?

STARTER CYCLE

* Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex daily
* Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
* Week 1 to 10: 500mg TEST weekly
* Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
* Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
* Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily

CUTTING CYCLE

# Furazabol Weeks 1-6 @ 50mg Per Day
# Tren Weeks 1-6 @ 75mg Every Other Day
# Test Prop Weeks 1-10 @ 100mg Every Other Day
# Masteron Weeks 6-10 @ 100mg Every Other Day
# T3 Weeks 4-10 @ 50mcg Per Day
# Clen @ 80-100mcg Per Day(Alternate 2 Weeks On 2 Off)
# Arimidex Weeks 1-10 0.25mg Per Day
# **HCG 300-500IU Every 4-5 days during cycle**

# PCT (Following Cycle):
Week 1: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Per day
Week 2: 30mg Nolva/50mg Clomid Per Day
Week 3: 20mg Nolva/50mg Clomid Per Da
 
keep it simple for your 2 nd cycle. test/eq/winny should be a nice mild cycle and should lean you out nice with a good diet. the cutting cycle you proposed should be left alone for a couple of years, cycle 5 or 6.

Your source offers pre-designed "cycles" packages?

You're 22 and have 21% bodyfat?

For a first cycle I recommend Test and Deca


Weeks 1-10 Test E 600mg per week
Weeks 1-10 Deca 600mg per week

Anti E- Cabaser, AIFM, Nolvadex

PCT- HCG


You only get one first cycle, bulking & cutting have nothing to do with gear, it is all diet and cardio. Good luck.



Don’t use Fina/Tren on your first cycle. DON’T USE TREN ON YOUR FIRST CYCLE.

TREN IS WONDERFUL, but too harsh and too many sides.

1-10 500mg Testosterone Enanthate
1-10 400mg Boldenone
1-10 Arimidex .25 per day
4-10 T3 50mcg per day

You'll need the HCG and follow the post cycle therapy that someone is going to post up here.

Take you calories down to 2200 or 2500 per day and get your butt moving on some cardio. The gear will help you keep muscle mass. There is no reason to get all crazy and start buying Masteron and shooting testosterone propionate every day.

Hey, we're all big boys, that doesn't mean somebody can't be misinformed. If someone you knew wanted to smoke crack and drive do you just say "He's a big boy?"

Pre-packaged stacks seem a little gimmicky to me, but fine. It's just that in this case it sounds like they're trying to sell off their entire innovatory. I think it's better that a newbie learn about what's best from vets than some online source. That's what we're here for , in part. No?

Yes, they offer it pre-packaged if you choose to get it that way. They offer 3 different starter plans. They have a large following on around 5-6 other websites similar to this, so I posted that here to see what you guys would say about their recipe.

How much body fat is respectable? I'd love to here what stacks you all have to recommend so I can research it. I don't plan to do this tomorrow. Most likely in September/October after I've become accustomed to the gym again.
 
A year. That is how I gained the last 20 pounds. I usually hover around 220-225. I'm starting back up next week. A new facility opened up near me and has personal trainers to assist so yea.
 
So what do you think about that starter kit I mentioned above? I'm looking at 2 other sources that are highly recommended. This is just one of the sources "starter" kits.

don't like the look of the bigger one, test levels the same as decca levels is asking for trouble. And you'd need some Femara just incase the Dec-a start aromatizing.

For a first cycle, 500mg of test per week is ideal, and allows you to see how your body responds to one compound. If you do good on the test, then next cycle you could introduce another compound. The problem is, if you do too many compounds, and have some side effects, you dont know which one is causing it.

I see. Thank you all for all of the answers I've been getting. I'm trying to learn this stuff so I don't end up as the poster child of what steroids can do to you. I'm getting there.

Diet is 80% of total sucuss, Read, learn and apply...you make great gains and changes in your body with out A CYCLE. Then thake the next step.

I agree, I would try to get down below 15%. Seems like you need to work on your diet first get that straight along with training and then youll be ready to use AS. With that BF% I can tell you diet isnt right, so you wont get as lbm and will increase your bf a decnt while on. Whats your diet and training look like and how long have you been seriously training?

I do have bad eating habits but more than anything, I believe I have a super slow metabolism. I'm not regular with my bowel movements. I can go more than a week, sometimes 2 or 3 before I have to go. When I go though it seems like an all at once thing (too much info I know). Just from that I probably store fat. I haven't trained seriously for a little over a year. I posted earlier that I'm getting a gym membership and going to start working out again for 2-3 months seriously and take it from there.

Your metabolism can be stimulated by your diet. If you eat smaller meals, more often during the day your body will naturally store less fat because with the frequency of meals theres no need to store fat in case of starvation. They key is, you must eat clean and when you do eat dirty, do it early in the day so it gets used for energy. Im affraid with your eating habits the way they are, high bf, that during and defintly after cycling you'll gain more fat without first getting your diet in check. It would be unheathy and a waste for you to cycle right imo.
