Which best supplement for size & muscle

dracing

New member
Anyone got any suggestions on supplements for thin people?

I need size and muscle, I've been working out but I can't see any results!

I only want the natural ones. No drugs or steroids.

Thanks in advance :)

Whats your stats? height, weight, age?. What is your diet? Would look at your diet first before turning to supps they can be added later.

How old are you? Because depending on your age is going to depend on what you should take... I am in my 20's so the following is what i have used. If you are under 21 then i would stick with Creatine, glutamine and protein. If you wanna throw in something for pump, like superpump or nitrix or something thats fine, but i wouldn't touch the following things unless your 21+years old.

Personally i found that gaspari halodrol-50 along with Orastan E and Novadex worked AWESOME!!! Throw in some superpump or nitrix and you are set. If you really wanna add some more size you can go with a good creatine also, i liked SizeOn because i took it during my workout, which hydrated me and added some more mass (and its not all watery either). If you do the stack i did (halodrol-50, orastan 3 and novadex) please please please make sure that you pct right, because halodrol especially is very strong. I will tell you personally i developed gynod from being careless on my second stack, because i got lazy with the novadex and long and behold i am going to the dr on monday to find out my options. I would definately do this stack again because the strength and size gains are purely amazing (in my 3rd week when i added in the novadex, my close grip bench skyrocketed up 90lbs, my bench went up another 50lbs, stifflegged deadlifts went up 45lbs, barbell curls went up 30lbs, and shrugs went up a whopping 80lbs). Remember muscles get bigger as they get stronger, so the stronger you get the more muscle you will develop. These are my opinions on what has worked for me. Most importantly to remember is that there is NO SUCH THING as a miracle supplement (key word is supplement) they are supposed to supplement your diet and routine, not instead of or substitute. If you don't put in good stuff you won't get out good stuff, you put in bad stuff you get out bad stuff.... Diet is the most important factor followed by your lifting routine and rest.

Anyone else have and good success with any OTC supps? Or comments?

i'm 19 and 70kg (11stone) (nothing, i know)

my diet is quite balanced and i try eating meat often.

i'm training every day but it's not helping as much as i thought.

creatine sounds good - is that the best option?

i don't want to buy the wrong supplement!!

what do you guys say? i've never tried them before

1) Creatine
2) Protein Isolate (whey)
3) Dextrose (sugar)
4) 2 Gallon of water/day
5) Peanut butter, mayonaisse, yams, rice, chicken, etc...

Creatine, glutamine, a good multivitamin, protein (can even do a weight gainer in your case if you having such a hard time) penut butter, fruits, veggies, red meat, chicken and fish. You should be trying to eat about every 2-3 hours...shakes and protein bars work in between meals, but you should have at least 5 meals a day. Since you are having a hard time gaining weight, eat about 2g of protein for every pound you weigh, and for carbs you should be at least doubling your weight in carbs (example if someone weighs 200 lbs they should have anywhere between 400 or 600 carbs a day). Also make sure you are getting enough calories, you need to be taking in more calories then you are using in a day. Just so you know you ARE going to put on some fat when you bulking up and putting on muscle, its inevitable, but you can do some light cardio work if you want on non workout days to try and minimize the fat gains. I would say to let yourself get some extra fat on yourself before you start doing that though. Also make sure you are drinking at least 1 gallon of water a day, but protein friends 2 gallon a day is a better idea, if you can tolerate that much water from the get go, you may want to start at 1 and then go up.
