Whey too much ?

i have 2 shakes (44g P each) and the rest is from dairy (100g P from cottage cheese) milk etc.......
 
Nothing can beat real food... shakes are a supplement, but I feel at least for me, gains come quicker and bigger when using real food as the bulk of my protein.

I just ordered 25 lbs or MRP and pure whey, egg protein. The mix will be awesome! Plus to it I have 6 lbs of Triple Threat. I'm all set for my cycle... All together 25 lbs - 98 bux., triple threat I think was 40 bux...
 
I used 25g (protein) whey in every meal of the day, taken in water its digested in about 20 minutes, if used with other foods then yes it will last longer but nothing like egg/milk etc.
 
As long as you mix whey with your other foods you will be fine. I like to have some whey in 2% milk, and some cottage cheese before bed.-WULF

At this point, I think of Triple Threat as the IP of MRP's. It's not consistent and often underdosed (protein). I have plenty sitting around that I'm going to give to girls I know because for them shit doesn't matter. I'm done with Triple Threat.

Go to yahoo and type in "esupp".They sell a 10lb optimum nutrition whey bag for 45 bucks.I usually take in 2 scoops in the morning along with 2 glasses of milk and 2 nat pb sandwhiches.And of course 2 scoops after training along with glycoload and my ala.I read on here somewhere that whey is digested very quickly and around 50% (sucks huh!) of it converts to glycogen.Its definately not a protein you would want to use alot.Try 2 scoops in the morning with a meal and then 2 scoops after workouts and at night eat a pound and a half of cottage cheese.The cottage cheese is slow digested and has a great amino acid profile.Not to mention a pound and a half is 90 grams of protein with only about 20 carbs and 30 fat,watch out if your cutting tho.
