Whey shakes and workout

I Usually Eat 8 Egg Whites Or Whey And 1 Cup Oatmeal 1-1and Half Hour Before Working Out.i Usually Workout Around 6 O Clock. If I Missed My Workout , Becuase Of My Work Scehulde And I Decide Working Out At 9 Or 10 Pm What Should I Eat Before And After , And 1 Hour After Pwo Shake If I Already Full Fill My Daily Protein And Carb Intake??
Second Question Is I Usually Eat Every 2and Half-3 Hours. Lets Say I Had A Meeting And I Could Eat For 5 Hours , If I Had Time How About Drinking Whey Shake 2-3 Hours From My Last Meal And 1 Hour After Shake Good Meal With Pro And Cho. Do I Have Enough Time To Digest Whey And Eat My Meal ??

I have a very busy schedule. Sometimes i have to get 3 meals after every hour. Don't skip the meal, your body could always digest it later on. Eating every 3 hours is just optimal. You should never eat waiting longer then the 3 hours, but if you have to do it in 2 hours or even 1 do it anyway to get all your meals in instead of skipping it.

My question is what if there is no way to get your food in untill later is it okay to double then or would that just make it worse, because I either always eat to little in a day or too much due to my schedule
 
Anytime I've had a meeting last that long I always bring something in to eat. Even if it has to be a crappy protein bar, anything but skip a meal.

I wouldnt double your next meal, maybe slightly increase it but theres a reason for spacing out the meals, eating to much in one sitting is just calorie excess.

If anything, drink a shitload of water, go out of the meeting to take a piss and eat something real quick :)
