Which one would you rather use before you go to bed. That is if you were not getting enough zinc or magnesium. Since you are suppose to take ZMA on an emty stomach. So would you rather take whey protien with something in it to slow absorption or ZMA?
I would recommend Designer Protien by Next Nutrition. They have the new formula out w/glycerLEAN and is time released. 3 scoops gives ya 52 g protien, 4 g of glutamine and a good amount of ZMA. The "malted muscle" flavor is really good.
