Whey protien or ZMA hp?

Which one would you rather use before you go to bed. That is if you were not getting enough zinc or magnesium. Since you are suppose to take ZMA on an emty stomach. So would you rather take whey protien with something in it to slow absorption or ZMA?
 
In your situation, I would prob take the protein.. Its good for you before bed and also has your ZMA... Cant go wrong!
 
I would recommend Designer Protien by Next Nutrition. They have the new formula out w/glycerLEAN and is time released. 3 scoops gives ya 52 g protien, 4 g of glutamine and a good amount of ZMA. The "malted muscle" flavor is really good.
 
your supposed to take it on an empty stomach? Whoops

oh well. the only noticable effect i get from ZMA is very vivid dreams
