It's totally natural whey (isolate OR MF concentate) it mixes clear and has no additive such as flavourings. Tastes a bit cheesy compared to the other whey proteins, but when you get used to it it tastes great and does not fill or bloat you. It costs $220 for 20kg which is 44 lbs so its fugging cheap too.

It's the same as dehydrating your steak to make beef jerky, then blending the jerky. It becomes like sawdust. Still the same stuff, though.
But hey, if you wanna believe that, go ahead. I really don't feel like arguing about this, 'cause this type've crap has been discussed ad nauseum. I just know I have no problem gaining or losing weight using shakes as my staples. 'course, there's a psychological benefit to stuff you can chew for a lot of people, but that's beyond the scope of this.
