anthrax MVP EF VIP Jun 4, 2002 #4 it is OK with water and skim milk the more fat the milk the quicker you have to drink your shake BTW, as Thinker82 said, you can weigh some powder in the evening and wait the next morning to add water/milk

B bpdaddy Member Jun 5, 2002 #5 I have only done it once acctually, someone said it makes them taste better, so I tried it. I was worried the protein would not be stable. I saw no benefit, but I still wanted to know. THANKS ALL!
