Whey Protein issue

I started on a bulking cycle and began drinking Whey protein 20 grams 5x day along with eating 250 to 300 grams of protein in my regular diet. Within 2 weeks I started getting a lot of foam when I urinate. The toilet bowl will literally fill up with foam an inch high off the water. I read on-line that foam in urine is the body excreting excess protein and they say this is not good and can cause health issues for the body. Well, since I am on a bulking cycle and need to get 400 grams or so a day in protein so I wasnt sure what to do. I stopped a week or so ago and my urine is back to normal. I was curious to see if anyone else has had this issue and whether or not this is normal.

Thanks for your comments.

That is a really bad idea to drink whey protein as your source of protein. You should ONLY drink whey protein postworkout. The reason is because whey digests very, very fast and when protein digests fast your body does not use it well and wastes a lot of it. The slower digesting the protein the better. Eat real food like chicken breast and red meat or eggs because they digest slow and will be used and not wasted.
