I have a major problem, for about a year I have been on and off of whey protein. I would take it for a while and eventually it would make me sick. Because I am a complete dip$hit and didn't think about it, I am allergic to milk, and whey is a milk bi-product, therefore that is what was making me sick. Is there another protein I can use such as Soy that would still be affective. I would also need something that can be taken with water rather then milk for obvious reasons.
