Whey During The Day?

I'm on a maintaining diet or even a little above that, but I am trying to keep my body fat as low as possible. Now, I know that you can't cut and bulk at the same time. I know this, but you can put on muscle while putting on a small amount of fat (a clean bulk). I just wanted to use the no fat milk for : a better tasting shake, more protien, and a way to slow down the rate of aborption of my whey protien shake.

same here...although since im cutting i only consume 1 cup of non-fat milk w/oatmeal in my second meal..only shake right now is my PWO w/dextrose..
