I had my bodyfat measured with three different methods this week.
Bioelectrical Impedence--- 15%
Skin caliper---- 13.6%
Air displacement ---- 17%
The air displacement had me at 25.5% in January. Also my body weight has remained the same. I guess it really is possible to redistribute your weight.
