I'm a first timer, and I'm strictly doing quads. That way I don't have to pull off any acrobatics, trying to do it in a mirror, or one handed syringe juggling to accomplish the task.

It's actually been pretty easy so far. I'm only injecting twice a week, but if I get too sore using just quads I'll probably do delts next (just like the doctor gives em to you).

Glutes just seem like too much of a pain in the ass, no pun intended...
