You dont need to explain to the pharmacy what you need the needles for.
And they're not suppose to ask you what its for.
Unless its illegal without a script at your state.
Find out before you go.
Most states are legal over the counter. I know you cant buy them at CA and a few other states without a script.

I just pick them up from the local grocery store pharmacy, they are BD's and I like them better than the ones I have ordered online. They are sharp as hell and cheap.

If you try it, just make sure you know what you need, was asked once what I needed them for and told them injectable B12!? But they only asked because they didn't have the size I was looking for.

They shouldn't ask, I'v found out that if you say they are for something like heroin and laugh sarcasicly, they give them to you. also, if they deny you just mumble that you'll go use your friends used needles. That always works.

Your allowed to buy at least 10 needlest at a time under NY state law bro. No questions, no problems at all. They are required by law to sell them to you in NY.
