where to find l tryptophan?

where's the best place to get l tryptophan? i know about biochemicals.com, but they seem a little expensive. is there any place that has it cheaper?

5HTP is better

tryptophan converts to 5hydroxytryptophan (5HTP). 5HTP converts to tryptamine (serotonin). 5HTP is therefore the better supplement.

Tryptophan was wrongly banned... look up contamination, showa denko, prozac conspiracy and tryptophan on google..
